Payment
- Payment can be made by cash, cheque, or bank transfer. For a space to be confirmed payment must be received first. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Hildebridge ltd.’ HSBC account #067 345041 838 (Hilderbridge Ltd.)
- Payments are non-refundable and no make-up lessons will be offered for absences. In extreme circumstances make-up classes may be offered based on availability and discretion of Off the Page Learning and the School.
Terms and conditions
- Courses will only proceed if the minimum amount of enrollments is reached. Confirmation will be given at least 3 days ahead of the start date.
- In the event of a RED or BLACK rainstorm warning or Typhoon 8 and above lessons will be cancelled. Off the Page Learning will try to arrange a make-up lesson within a month of the cancelled lesson subject to availability. Make-up lessons for lessons cancelled due to adverse weather conditions are not guaranteed.
- In the event that classes are cancelled due to government order Off the Page Learning will work to arrange make-up lessons. We work with the school to make every effort to make this possible.
Covid precautions
- All instructors will and students will wear masks at all times. We will have extra child-size masks available for any students forgetting or needing a new mask for any reason.
- Hand sanitizer and sanitizer wipes are also available at all times for staff and students.
- We will physically distanced in the classrooms.
